Richa elaborates at the end of each chapter how adopting and implementing the teachings of the ‘Bhagwad Gita’ in our lives will benefit us.

This is a book that brings together the twin benefits of age-old wisdom and yoga to help people recognize and realize their fallacies. This is a book that like the ‘Bhagwad Gita’ shows you the path that you must take in order to purge negativity from your life and system. This is a book that is not just another self-help book. This is a book that is a self-realization book. It makes you take a pause and reflect. It makes you stop and think so that you may correct your path now for a better tomorrow. 

The book is written in impeccable English and is pretty self-explanatory. Richa has kept the interpretation of the text simple and easy to understand. 

If you are fond of reading only fiction or non-fiction, then this is not a book for you. I would recommend this book to those who carry a love for theology, mythology or philosophy. Anyone who is spiritually inclined or likes dabbling in body restorative techniques would be able to decipher the deeper meaning of this book. As I said earlier, this is not just another book. It is a realization of the way of life. And, unless you are willing to introspect, realise and adopt the teachings, you would not be doing this book justice.
