A Beautiful Transition

It was dusk and sunrays golden yellow,
The yellow daffodils danced in mellow,
Yellow sunflowers were still wide and open,
When breeze urged to play music to the cello.

To play a song with all good omens,
The music of nature was beautifully being woven,
The yellow bulbul and myna also sang,
In a strange harmony and heartfelt emotion.

And then the darkness galloped with its fang,
The sky was lit with its yellow gang,
The music and dance of nature continued,
But the rhythm changed without a bang.

As Stars and moon gave sun their tribute,
Cicada and crickets started to contribute,
Such beautiful transition was witnessed,
I closed my eyes to experience the minute.
