Clarity

I wonder if they knew
The war within the walls
Wasn’t supposed to be missed
The mystery lies there.

Life is precious, they say
Sprint to get in the queue
Do all it takes to win
Just don’t miss to be fair.

Why then we bid adieu?
A life loved put to rest
We simply go askew
Taken down by some twist.

Life and its plenty hue
Rise and fray to exist.

One Thought to “Clarity”

  1. Pretty deep and thought provoking.

Some of the deepest battles are fought in the little corner of the darkest room and all those secrets are embellished on the pillows.
