Dusky Romance

She strolled along the beach
Quite amazed
As bouncy waves playfully splashed
Tickling her nimble feet
Far she chased
The suds, against her as they lashed

The wind caressed her hair
Teasingly
As myriad rays kissed her face
Kindling a love affair
Charmingly
Her emotions caught in a maze

At the grey horizon
The sky turned
Shades of yellow, orange and red
Colours of deep passion
Strongly burned
As the jaded sun calmly set
