Now shift to the present. Place this version of the character in a contrasting scene. What has changed in their thinking? What feels heavier or lighter? What dream survived, and what quietly fell away?

Move back and forth between these two timelines. Let the difference in voice, choice, and emotion reveal the journey. Avoid explaining the growth directly. Show it through action, memory, and reflection.

Optional twist:
End with a line that connects the two selves.
