O luminescent fly
your splendour,
brilliant, it glows in darkness spread
speechless, stunned, world looks by
in wonder
they chase on, as you fly ahead.
Eminence you enjoy
Err blunder
fantasies praise, as lasting stead
inveigled your mind, ploys
it plunders
defeats you, it colours your head.
Morning soon, cracks the sky
light wonders
blinding bright, it smudges behead
Vanquished, sad the glowfly
it shudders
unseen in luster, it lies dead.

I think this one was harder for me to read the first time, yet, sometimes poetry that is like that creates more interest in the poem. After reading it several times, I have become more fond of it. I love the first verse and last verse.
