Live Like A Stoic

Live Like A Stoic

Better to trip with feet than with the tongue,
Better be doing all of what you preach,
Tales of deeds for centuries are sung,
Guiding steps followed before what you teach.

So mind your tongue, and think before you speak,
You got to think twice about your actions,
For people watch, and talk, and judge,
Every single move you make.

This world is quite judgmental you know,
So, remember man was given two ears,
But only one mouth for a good reason,
Better to trip with feet than with the tongue!
