Lost Love Found

Lost Love Found

The calibrated hands were playing,
The symphony in D-minor nonchalantly,
Marred by the notable,
Swipe in records of journals,
Courtesy lockdown.

He caressed the delicate contours,
With clenched fists,
Unlocking the entwined desires,
Piece by piece, wistfully.

Improving his lie of ecstasy,
He pretended to be tethered,
To the ensuing tussle of dos and don’ts,
Deceiving his pent-up emotions and feelings.

I played with his dishevelled life,
And bleached his luck,
With my crystalline glances,
Wrapped him in ambrosial winds of alluring melody,
Until he was inebriated,
In the smouldering fire of passion,
The callous will was in rapturous contact,
We sealed it with a rip-roaring finish!
