Osyter of My Heart

Osyter of My Heart

The tide had settled down;
The calmness
prevailed with a sigh of relief.
Outpowering the frown,
Happiness
emerged from the cocoon of grief.

I will seek no vengeance,
I assure;
vanquishing my vigorous pain.
Pleading in repentance,
intent pure,
They wail with remorse and disdain.

The waves touching my feet
in respect
and they do solemnly depart.
They arrive and retreat,
and expect
love from the oyster of my heart!
