Pale Moon

Pale Moon

Languid day descends
Enswathed in mystic
Elysian astral
Twilight unfurling
Stillness alluring

Dusk Mahagony
Tresses lustrous ringlets
Silhouettes jewels
Adorning against
Lunar halo glow

Reflection of you
Luminous visage
And Misty-eyes
Glistening, dripping
Silver dews cascade

Blooming moonflowers
Crooning love ballad
Reminiscing odes
Redolence of yore
Emanate drenching

Revives slumberous
Souvenirs of tryst
Dreams waning desires
Leap, caress the moon
A semblance of yours.
