These soul and heart are deep sodden with blue hue,
Not even a single soothing hand by side.
Only the purple orchids hold me alive,
Hope, joy and sense of royalty they provide.
Observing them flourish helps me to survive,
On my listless face, they set a smiling curve,
Humming of bumblebees, violet blooms derive.
With lilacs, every day I fall more in love.
But my heart sank when few of them, the wind blew,
A sanguine me ensured to plant more of them,
Since the lavenders do not let me stay glum!
