To write, I sat down.
In the background, could hear my kids brawl.
The urge to put the words on paper didn’t drown.
As the words flew, I looked around.
By now I could hear my offsprings jumping in the hall.
To write, I sat down.
Then came a moment, there was absolutely no sound.
Pondering what my kids were up to behind the wall.
To write, I sat down.
The ink was flowing on paper, knowing no bound.
When my progenies tried tricking me with call.
To write, I sat down.
Several ideas dashed into my mind, making me hound.
When something outside, I heard fall.
The urge to put the words on paper didn’t drown.
I rushed to the place from where came the sound,
I just breathed relaxed, for it was just a ball.
To write I sat down.
The urge to put the words on paper didn’t drown.
