Head over heels for you I fell
I was not bold enough to tell
Your charisma had cast a spell
You tantalized my every cell
From the first moment I saw you

Leaves did not flutter, they chimed with the breeze
Clouds hid the Sun, giving the earth a tease
The moon jumped from star to star, like the honeybees
Birds that encircled my head, gave my cheeks a squeeze
My nerves too went into a chorus, as your eyes met mine

Now that we are together in a nuptial knot
Words cannot justify the happiness you’ve brought
To handle my madness, immense calmness you’ve got
Our child to complete the family, you begot
Grateful to you I am, for choosing me for this lifetime
