What they say about me isn't a problem
Even what they do is not a problem
How they act towards me, look down on me
And the accusations they throw at me
What it does to my emotions isn't one
Neither how they address in front of me

But my reaction is the cause of all problems

Why am I personally targeted?
What did I do to be treated like this?
What to do to break free of the clutches?
Speaking distressing words and calling names
Shaming , maligning, bordering rudeness
Slandering berating jibes and comments
Snubbing insults and abusive remarks
Not considered wrong but right by drama

But my reaction is the cause of all problems

Maybe insecurities on their own
Unresolved conflicts between both of us
Neither understanding nor connection
Perhaps the wrong vibes I am giving out
The problem requires to be figured out
A little kindness goes a long long way
