Mending a Broken Heart

HENRY:
“Do you trust love, when it brings sorrow?
Even when love, makes you shed those tears!
Should I cry and hold onto this grief?”

HUGO:
“Yes my friend, for when your eyes meet love
Your soul is stripped to the very bone
That’s when your heart is given away!”

HENRY:
“So a tear is fragile, like a dewdrop
Running down to the abyss of love
Where it gets scattered by the sunlight”

HUGO:
“Yes my friend, when tears fall, love dissolves
A new green pasture will grow near the river
And allow sorrowful love to awake! “

HENRY:
“In sorrow my heart now will heal and mend
I will keep my heart open, to flow!”
