No Place Like Home

O thy mate, Howdy do? Long time no see?
This beautiful abode calls out for you

Returning from a foreign land
My friend, I'm exhausted and fried

Didn't the sheep there treat you right? Or
thou were running, keeping them in check?

This land and the sheep know me well
Unlike the strangers whose eyes couldn't meet mine

You make me rethink, should I ever leave,
This land and friends, who are all I need?

My mate, I wish I had dreams like you
Happy, contented, in the lap of green
No bed as warm and soft as your own.
No place can equal your motherland,
