Possessed

Deep inside the soil shrieks galore,  Tendrils wrapped with frigid blood gape,  I adorn my zombie-like cape,  The calm sepulcher I explore.  Full moon night excites thirsty me,  To trap a devious quarry My spooky bludgeon eyes scurry, Here I come before you can flee.  I bounce onto the walls to leap,  Shouts, clamors, and howls I swallow, Burying into the hollow My wounds and bruises cut you deep.  Foul odor greets you in the night,  Your skin turns pale with a terror,  You're possessed with scary horror,  Do you dare to put on a fight?  The graveyard was my solemn home,  You invited a doomed spirit I call this your well-earned merit,  Within your body now I roam.  A disturbed life was all I seized,  Didn't I deserve to rest in peace?   Penmancy gets a small share of every purchase you make through these links, and every little helps us continue bringing you the reads you love!
