How did you come here?
To my mind, body and soul,
I know not the way to get you out,
Anxiety I do feel
Dead tired in the bones
Sleep I can't
Fear keeps me awake
Frustrated and sad I am
Mood changes, emotional outbursts
I long to share my feelings
Though not alone dear
