What Was My Fault

What was my fault, can anyone say? She cried every night and day. Was it me the reason behind the assault? Can anyone say, what was my fault? All of ten, a cheerful and chirpy girl, Who loved to dance and swirl. She couldn't identify the cruel men, A cheerful and chirpy girl, all of ten. Life tumbled like a deck of cards, I was left to die, My cries dissolved into the sky. Their menacing grin pierced like shards, I was left to die, life tumbled like a deck of cards.
